If you are like me you are probably counting the days to Stars Wars 8: The Last Jedi. Films often seem to take a long time to arrive but that is because even a short clip can take many hours of work.
We have been fortunate over the course of this year to work with Wild Leaf Reels (a.k.a. Laura and Serge) to make a movie about the use of stable URI’s for herbarium specimens. Despite the material they had to work with (i.e. my voice over) they have done a fantastic job. The film has been shown at several meetings and has gone down really well.
There are two versions: A shorter version aimed at people who may have an interest but won’t actually be doing the implementations themselves; A longer version for people who will be actually involved in implementations.
