As Botanics Stories is a live site we have a third party service monitoring its performance. The two graphs below show the performance over the last thirty days. The site is checked every five minutes from multiple locations around the world and these graphs are updated on an hourly basis.

For the technically curious the site runs as a WordPress instance on a Ubuntu Server Long Term Support instance (currently 12.04 but soon 14.04) on Amazon Elastic Computer Cloud . The software stack is open source and so the only costs involved are the relatively small monthly fees to Amazon Web Services. These can be tuned up or down depending on demand.
