Recently we have been working with The Scottish Poetry Library on exciting Poet residencies coming to all four gardens in the next few months.  The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh will be lucky enough to have the incredible Poet Mandy Haggith with us throughout July.  Over the last couple of weeks Amy and I have had discussions with Mandy on the phone, and many exciting plans are falling into place.  Mandy is super enthusiastic about spending the month with us and is already bringing so many brilliant ideas to the table regarding poetry events here that month.  From Tree Hugging sessions to word weaving, I feel we are going to have a busy but fabulous month with her.  We are all so motivated and eager to get solid plans in place we were on the phone for many hours!  Over the next couple of weeks plans will be finalised and I hope you all come along to say hello to wonderful Mandy when she joins us!
