Freshly harvested vegetables

The Edible Garden at the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh is carefully tended by a team of dedicated volunteers. In reward for their endeavours the volunteers are able to take home fresh vegetables on a regular basis.

We also supply seasonal produce to the Gateway Restaurant every week. This week we supplied lettuce, chicory, mustard leaf and coriander. In return the chefs make tasty, nutritious recipes for our regular Edible Gardening events.
