Thanks to a project funded by the US National Science Foundation, a collaborative effort between Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh (RBGE) and New York Botanical Garden (NYBG) has enabled the digitisation of RBGE’s Myanmarese specimens. This is a critical first step towards the publication of the Flora of Myanmar and its conservation. You can find out more about this project by clicking here.

Now we need your help!

Come and join us on our first of a series of specimen-based virtual expeditions across Myanmar on the citizen science platform Digivol (https://volunteer.ala.org.au).
